1) Returns Accepted (Standard Items)
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Must include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts

Must have proof of purchase (order number)
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Auction / Live auction purchases (Final Sale)

Clearance / Final sale items

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Any item marked “No Returns” on the product page or during live sale
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Photos/video showing the issue and packaging
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement

Refund
-
Store credit (if preferred)
4) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong choice, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item / defective / damaged), we cover the shipping cost.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5) Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our fault)
6) Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8) Chargebacks & Fraud
